Grace Kane is RYT200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and holds certifications in meditation and community leadership, and Professional Engineering (PE). She focuses on helping her students remember how to breathe, stay present in the body, and find their balance in strength and flexibility. She has found her way back to yoga since her grandmother's passing 10+ years ago to work through her grief. She intends to hold space during our practice so you can find forgiveness and compassion within yourself.
She will remind you to find the gap between breaths, to rediscover that genius inside of us, and allow our light to shine through and let us fly.
