Crow Yoga studio was formed with you in mind. Our goal is to provide our guests with a warm, welcoming and accepting community of like minded yogis. We are aware that every body is unique in structure and ability, and that it can take time to get used to a practice like yoga, especially if you are just beginning. That's why we have made it our priority to provide a body friendly studio, encouraging you to make yoga your practice. A variety of classes are offered so that our students have opportunities to challenge themselves as much or as little as they wish, and modifications to poses and props are offered to ensure comfort throughout the practice. Although we offer a wide range of classes, As a studio we often explore the gentler, more calming side of yoga.
Yoga is a practice that welcomes people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and ethnicity. Great for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, we look forward to practicing with you. Can't wait to see you on the mat!
Please read the following Crow Yoga Studio policies before coming to your first class.
*If this is your first time practicing at Crow Yoga Studio, please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before start time to Fill out your registration and waiver!
*No late arrivals, please! Doors will be locked once class starts.
*In yoga, we generally practice with bare feet or light socks. We ask that you please remove your shoes before entering in the yoga room.
*If there is a class in session when you arrive, please wait for the class to conclude before entering the yoga space. If there is no class in session, you are welcome to enter the yoga space up to 30 minutes prior to class start time.
*Ego and competition are not aspects of our practice. We ask that you maintain a respectful demeanor toward your fellow students.
*To maintain a peaceful environment throughout the studio, we ask that all ringers and alarms be turned off prior to starting your class. In addition, to avoid interruption, we ask that you please keep all cell phones away from the mat. In the event of extenuating circumstances such as family emergencies, please speak to one of our staff members prior to class start time.
*To keep our toes safe, please no glass in the yoga room. This includes glass water bottles, jars, and drinking glasses.
*Crow Yoga Studio is dedicated to maintaining a healthy environment. For the safety of all involved, we reserve the right to turn away anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or other substances which could impair physical or mental ability in practice.
