My first experience with yoga was when I was 15 years old and a book caught my eye at the library. After 3 years of at-home practice, I took my first yoga class at a yoga studio and a dream was ignited. I knew almost instantly that someday I wanted to become a Yoga teacher. Life pulled me in many different directions over the years but I always seemed to make my way back to my Yoga practice. Nearly 2 decades after that fateful day in the library and with the unwavering support of my husband and two young children, I enrolled in Satyam Yoga School in Mill Creek. I graduated in June 2018 with my 200-hour teacher training certificate and I’m excited to teach and share the joy and health benefits of Yoga and assist you with your own Yoga journey.
